Vitality Wellness Ltd offers a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with RenewNova for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full - no questions asked.

3. How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Receive Return Label

We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Postage is completely free - we cover all return costs.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Place your bottle (in any condition - sealed, opened, partially used) and any packaging into a sturdy box or padded envelope. Affix the return label and drop off at any Post Office.

Step 4: Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

4. Return Conditions

• Product Condition: Your RenewNova can be sealed, opened, partially used, or fully used - we don't care. We only care that you're satisfied.
• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of purchase
• Proof of Purchase: Original order email or order number required
• Packaging: Use any safe packaging. Our original packaging is ideal but not required.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products purchased more than 14 days ago
• Damaged returns caused by misuse or negligence (we accept normal wear)
• Counterfeit or tampered products

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or expired product:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We'll send a replacement or refund at your preference
• No return required for truly defective items - we'll issue credit instantly
• You may keep the original product

7. Shipping Costs

• Original Order: You pay shipping at checkout (£3.99 standard, £9.99 express)
• Return Shipping: We pay 100% of return costs via prepaid label
• Refund Amount: You receive a full refund including original shipping costs

8. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 working days from receipt of return
• Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to display the credit
• For PayPal or Apple Pay, refunds appear within 1-2 working days
