- What if I'm not home for delivery?
- Our couriers use safe-place options. You can also request specific instructions (leave with neighbour, leave in garage, etc.) at checkout.
- Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
- Yes, within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact support immediately with your new address. After 2 hours, the order may have already entered the fulfillment queue.
- Do you deliver abroad?
- Currently, we only deliver to UK addresses. We're exploring international options for future. Check back soon!
- Is there a charge for returns?
- No. We provide a free return label with every return authorisation. You pay nothing to send it back.
- How will I know my refund has been processed?
